“Actively Being Killed…”.

This is my July 2026 interview with two Salt Lake City residents: Jim Jenkin and Peter Wetzel. There’s so much to learn from talking to those who are taking a stand to oppose across-the-board density zoning.

Some highlights:

• control through a change in insurance called “indemnity” which offers a shield…or did.

• tranquility and why it matters.

• built out but still subject to density loads

I’ve titled this “Actively Being Killed”, as a catchy name to the truth said for citizens engaged with land development in cities with ordinance mandated community organizations. Pay attention of your city is changing its shield and/or be prepared to find private insurance to allow your voice to still be heard.
