Frisco implemented SB840 and opted to go no frills or adding supplemental requirements to develop high density residential. Residents may not see eye-to-eye on this and sound out their preference to focus on low crime, traffic and family friendly.

SB840 is changing how cities can control their local zoning. Some City councils are acting to protect single family homes, others are not acting, at least not yet. Supplemental requirements may keep development out of their cities.
